THE SPECIAL MONTH OF MAY

Let's see...we have the Kentucky Derby, Mother's Day, Cinco de Mayo, of course, but one of the best things a writer can possess, is a keen curiosity. So, I looked up days in May that might celebrate or remember something special. Well! If you need an idea for an article, story or maybe even a book, just look up what is represeted in May - and that's only one of our twelve months! May also offers Law Day, Global Love Day, World Turtle Day, World Tuna Day, National No Pants Day (who thinks of these things?). There's an International Harry Potter Day - that all started with a writer -Wine Day, Burger Day, Teachers and Nurses are remembered, Space Day,on and on...and TODAY, MAY 4th, is Free Comic Book Day! So, if you are so inclined, find your nearest comic book store and see if you can get a free comic book - who knew? Enjoy, and never miss an opportunity to be inspired!
